Country Acres Auction Services, LLC was launched in 2010 by Charles D. Morrison, a graduate of the Ohio Auction School and Hondros College of Real Estate. Charlie is a licensed Auctioneer and a Real Estate Agent/Manager through the State of Ohio.  Charlie is known for his clear, rapid-fire auction chant that even first-time auction goers can understand. He is further known for correct and timely down-to-earth sales talks that result in more bids and higher prices. Lastly, he is known for making an auction enjoyable and fun, while taking his responsibility serious.
