Very nice small estate with Thomasville Burl Wood Dining and Bedroom Furniture, Forensic Microscopes (some vintage), Like New Olhausen Slate Pool Table, Meade Electronic Telescope, Leather Recliners, Leather Sofa and Loveseat, Microscope Objectives, Craftsman Radial Arm Saw, Homelite Chain Saws, much more.
NOTES: 1) Area at house is very tight for parking, please have patience on pick up day. 2) Lots 61 to 175 are located in a separate building from the house. 3) There will be NO help with loading on pick up day, please bring help for heavy items and packing materials, if needed. 4) LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE ARE LOCAL PICK UP ONLY! Pick up is just outside of Pickens, SC (close to Pickens Flea Market). Actual location of pick up will be on your invoice. 5) Preview by appointment only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
YOUR FINAL invoice amount will be the total of your winning bid, 15% buyer's premium, sales tax if applicable. Actual shipping cost +$5.00 handling fee will be charged to your card on file for items to be shipped to you. Our shipper may contact you with final shipping price.
AT THE end of the auction, all winning bidders will have their credit card on file charged the total purchase price of all items purchased for the auction. For any special payment arrangements, please contact Gail 864-932-6465 at least 48 hours before the auction ends.
ALL PROPERTY is sold "as is where is" without guarantee or warranty of any kind. All sales are final! (ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS). We encourage you to thoroughly inspect every item that you wish to bid on. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine age, condition, etc. Keep in mind, most items we sell are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Expect some dents, dings, scratches, wear, and damage that may not be seen in the pictures. Please ask questions before bidding. By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Written or oral descriptions are our opinions only and in no way should be considered as a guarantee or warranty of any kind. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are deemed inappropriate or withdraw any item before or during the auction.
ALL ITEMS are to be picked up during stated pick-up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture with NO REFUND. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated.
ALL OF our auctions have a soft close.
BUYER DOES hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
