Local Locker Auction

This is a online storage locker auction, each bid will be for the entire locker.  Locker contains furniture, clothing, artwork, collectables, and more.  Pickup must be completed within 48 hours of the hammer.  Appointment must be made for pickup.  All items in the locker must be removed in the 48 hour time frame.  A cash deposit of $100 will be required before contents are released to bidder, failure to provide deposit will result in forfeiture of locker and payment.  Failure to remove all contents of locker within the 48hr. time frame will result in forfeiture of payment.  Payment in full must be made prior to pickup appointment.  Highest bidder wins the entire locker after reserve is met.   There will be a 10% bidders premium and sales tax added to the final hammer price.
