All local pick-up of firearms will be at Our Office,
1629 Shepherd Rd. Lakeland. FL 33811.
Concealed Carry Holders and FFL Dealers pickup will be available immediately following the auction at the office. With paid in full receipt.
All Other Pick-up is by Appointment, Monday – Thursday. (863) 644-6681.
If a 3 day wait applies to you, please do not schedule your pickup before the Thursday following the auction.
Your 3 day wait does not begin until the firearms are paid in full, then it is 3 business days thereafter.
***All Firearms Are Subject To A $5.00 Background Check, Excluding Black Powder Firearms and Pre 1898.
***A 3 Day Waiting Period Applies To All Handguns & Now To All Long Guns Unless You Provide A Valid Concealed Carry Permit. **In 2018, Florida enacted a 3-day waiting period on all long guns unless you have a valid concealed weapons permit.
