Amazing signed Rainaud - 20th Century Art Nouveau Slag Glass Lamp! Has 8 individual slag glass panels in a camel swirled color. Metal framed shade with designed fretwork. This lamp has been rewired within the last 20 years. The base measures 20" tall and the shade measures 18.50" in dia. Beautiful piece and rare to see. Very good condition overall. It is missing the top heat cap.
The H.E. Rainaud Company made lamps in Meriden, CT., from 1916 to about 1930. They specialized in lamps with metal bases and shades made of pierced metal over colored or slag glass.
